Elevate

My dissertation looked at the widespread adoption of Enterprise Social Networking Sites (ESNS) and the tools they provide to increase employee connection, communication, and collaboration. While ESNS can help to support employees with networking and productivity, my research concluded some solutions may be missing features beneficial for smaller demographics including those in early career positions such as Apprentices and Graduates.

Elevate made strong use of Human Centered Design to build the requirements and the scope while architecturally built upon a MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node) stack which you can learn more about here.

Overall, the project was a success and taught me a lot about working on a project from ideation through to deployment. It was a fun dissertation project that i'm proud of and was a perfect excuse to make puns about elevating ESNS.
